About the Role
As an Account Executive for Enterprise Tech Sales at IQWorks, you will lead our growth in the Middle East, owning the full sales cycle for our data protection platform with large enterprises across the region. Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English, you will build relationships with senior compliance, security, and IT stakeholders, run discovery and demos, navigate procurement and security reviews, and close complex enterprise technology deals across industries including finance, banking, healthcare, insurance, retail and e-commerce, telecom, and government. We expect you to lean on AI heavily to do the work that has traditionally been manual — research, account mapping, outreach, call prep, and follow-ups — while applying sharp judgment about where the human touch matters most, so relationships and deal quality are never compromised. You will work closely with founders, marketing, and product to turn regional interest into long-term customer relationships. This is a high-ownership role for someone who knows the Middle East enterprise technology market and thrives on building pipeline and closing in a fast-moving startup.
What You Will Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle in the Middle East, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of large enterprise accounts across target industries in the region
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations in Arabic and English that connect IQWorks capabilities to customer compliance needs
- Navigate enterprise procurement, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder buying processes common to the region
- Develop relationships with senior compliance, security, and IT decision-makers across the Middle East
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound demand and run targeted outbound campaigns in the region
- Collaborate with product and engineering to scope deployments and ensure a smooth handoff after close
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM, and feed regional market insights back to leadership
What We Are Looking For
- Native or fluent Arabic and professional English, with the ability to sell and build trust in both languages
- Based in Dubai, UAE, with the right to work and an established understanding of the Middle East enterprise market
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience selling to large organizations
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting and closing
- Fluency with AI tools as a force multiplier — using them to automate research, outreach, and reporting that used to be done by hand, with a strong sense of when human judgment should lead so quality is never compromised
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can sell to both technical and business buyers
- Comfort selling a technical product and explaining its value to compliance, security, and IT stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling data privacy, security, compliance, or governance software
- Familiarity with regional and global data privacy regulations (UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, GDPR, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- An established network of enterprise buyers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC
- Prior experience as an early sales hire at an early-stage startup
