The short version

For most of the last 16 years I was building other people's products. I founded Ajackus in 2012 and bootstrapped it to a 140 person organisation, placing lean and deeply technical teams inside product and technology companies across healthcare, fintech and enterprise software. Fortune 500 clients on one side, unicorn startups on the other, across Europe and the United States.

One problem kept reappearing in different costumes. GDPR in one engagement, HIPAA in the next, then ADA, then HSE. Compliance was never the headline feature anyone set out to build, and it always decided whether a product could ship, scale or sell. Teams met it late, met it manually, and paid for it twice.

IQWorks is the answer to that pattern. It is an AI-native platform for privacy, compliance and cyber governance, with AI in the foundation instead of bolted onto a workflow tool later. I am hands-on in the product every day, and I would far sooner hear where your programme actually hurts than send you a deck.

What I spend my time on

01

Product direction

What the platform does next, and what it refuses to do. I review the work, use the products, and sit in on the calls where a customer says the roadmap is wrong.

02

AI that earns its place

Our AIQ engine finds and classifies personal data across an enterprise estate. My bar for shipping it is precision a compliance team can defend in front of an auditor.

03

Enterprise deployments

The first data inventory, the first RoPA, the first data principal request handled end to end. I stay close to the early deployments because that is where the product is really written.
